This process is ONLY for members showing their animals under their FFA chapter.

• Reminders:
  • Market Beef must be entered by 11:59pm, February 1st.
  • All other animals must be identified by May 15th.
• For logging in:
  • Dual Enrolled Families(4-H and FFA), please login with the 4hOnline family e-mail and password and make sure to select the correct club or chapter for each exhibit.
  • FFA Only Families, please use an existing family account or create a new family account.

We are happy to assist you. 4-H & FFA Exhibitors are responsible for identifying your animals by May 15th, and completing entries. It is important that you read all instructions and sections. Use your Fair Book for more detail class descriptions and requirements.

2024 Grundy County Fair Book Exhibitors are EXPECTED to review the general rules and specific rule section for your exhibits before entering classes for fair.

Please Note:

• NEW! | YQCA needs to be completed by June 15th. Enter your YQCA Certificate Number on Fair Entry. We are not collecting paper certificates this year.
• You will receive an e-mail when you submit your entries. Your entries will be approved once payment is received. Cash or check payments for stalls, cages and pens are accepted for entry fees and must be paid by July 1st.
• State Fair entries are completed on the State Fair Entry Database.
